Erlon Souza
Erlon Souza is currently director at Berg Trading. In addition to his role in the International Business and Mining sectors. Graduated in International Business, he has work experience in the area since 1997. Currently, he works as a partner in companies in Hong Kong and Italy. For over 12 years, he worked as a director at Liquem Trading and Mining in Vitória, Brazil. While running Liquem, he collaborated with FUNDAP (Port Activity Development Fund), and together with BANDES (Banco de Desenvolvimento do estado do Espirito Santo), helping to improve the fund's structure for the benefit of countless other small companies in the state of Espirito Santo. Under Erlon's management, Liquem opened the Brazilian market to several countries in the automotive, transportation, technology, construction and energy sectors. Pedro Souza
Pedro Souza works at Berg Trading as a consultant in the areas of politics and development. Pedro has a B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs with Minors in German, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. He works as an Academic Advisor for the university’s College of Arts and Sciences and as a Program Associate at the Osgood Center for International Affairs. He also serves as Professional Development Chair for Phi Alpha Delta. Previously, Pedro has worked as a Political Consultant for Berlin Global Advisors in Berlin, Germany writing political reports and assisting investors on development projects. Further, he has served as a community representative for the Colorado University restorative justice program and he has experience as a campaign researcher as well.

She created her own company called EPSA where she acquired extensive experience in the commodity market, especially in the export of hydrocarbons. In 2014, she moved to the United States to expand her business in the international market. She joined Berg trading in 2020 to work in the consulting, buying and selling sector for Latin America. Her main focus is the commercialization of commodities such as iron, manganese, aluminum, safe and fertilizers.
